| Stephanie Gibson founded Northern
Pacific Mortgage and Investment Corporation in 2001 after more than 10
years in the residential loan industry. She had previously opened and
managed a successful branch office of a large Northern California
mortgage provider for the previous 7 years. Her responsibilities there,
both originating loans and managing the workings of a busy brokerage
office, left her little time for her first love: giving superior
attention and service to clients. "I
chose to open my own office so that I would have more time to work
directly with borrowers and homeowners. I love the satisfaction that
comes from helping people become homeowners and helping them solve their
financial questions. I'm enjoying it--and so are the clients."
In addition, she uses her many contacts in the
local business community to help borrowers find reliable sources of
services and goods. "I work with many shop owners and service
providers in Napa and like to refer potential business to my clients
whenever possible" says Stephanie.
